SYNRye Installation: One Year Later

As the father of four daughters, Bob was diligent in his research once he decided that artificial turf was the best option for his backyard. Bob’s career provided him with a familiarity with geo-textiles, so his eye and knowledge of what he was looking for was a little more advanced than the casual shopper. For nine months, Bob explored his options and the differences between the synthetic turfs available. Although Bob was a little concerned that he would be on the receiving end of his friend‘s jokes for his backyard of fake grass, the conversations instead led to the benefits of his installation. There were concerns that the synthetic lawn might cause rug burns as the girls played, but there was no reason to worry. There was concern that the grass would become too hot for the girls to play on in the sun. Again, no worries. The family is considering a pet and they’re beyond all concerns about how the pet and the grass will mix. Over the last year, Bob has found that while there is less maintenance than he expected, sleep-over and party residue is also easier to clean than anticipated. Spills simply require a little soap and water. After one of the sleep-overs, Bob discovered that gum had been in the grass overnight and managed to get spread around.
