While high-rise buildings are known for their luxurious amenities and breathtaking views, residents at one brand new Ottawa condominium are getting an extra perk – synthetic grass rooftop terraces. The Claridge Plaza high-rise is the site of the installation, a project that is the first of its kind in Ottawa. It involved lifting the synthetic grass to the building’s 20th floor with a crane and installing unique landscape designs on the terraces of select residences.
