New York, NY — SYNLawn New York has donated 1,500 square feet of SYNFescue Premium 251 artificial turf to the new Central New York Ronald McDonald House’s Therapeutic “Healing Garden” in Syracuse, N.Y. The value of the donation is nearly $10,000 as a way to aid efforts by this local organization.
“SYNLawn New York was very proud to be able to donate SYNLawn to the families of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central New York. We understand the importance for families and children to have a safe, clean environment when their loved ones are receiving medical care at local hospitals and health care facilities in Syracuse,” asserted Anastasia Phillips, owner and operator of SYNLawn New York.
SYNLawn was the ideal product for the court yard area garden because of its hypo-allergenic properties and noise-buffering qualities for sleeping children. In addition, this area will not require the use of fertilizers and other chemicals required to keep natural grass alive and well. This removes the need for lawn mowers which contribute not only to disturbing noises as well as toxic emissions given off from their use.
“This generous artificial turf donation will allow guest families to relax and enjoy the therapeutic garden at the new CNY Ronald McDonald House,” said Beth Trunfio, executive director, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central New York. “It takes many hearts to make this a home and we are very fortunate to have support from companies like SYNLawn New York as we open the doors to our new House.”
