SYNLawn’s latest manufacturing facility is carbon neutral and powered entirely by renewable energy. We utilize post-manufacturing recycled waste such as plastic bottles, and have eliminated single-use plastics from our processes. Our materials comply with EN 71-3, ensuring the safety of materials used in toys, and REACH Annex XVII entry 50 (PAH), regulating the presence of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons to minimize environmental impact.
Incorporating PCR Materials
SYNLawn incorporates post-consumer recycled (PCR) waste, like recycled plastic bottles, into our turf backing layer. This approach allows us to reduce waste while enhancing the durability and stability of our artificial grass. We leverage PCR waste to help lower the consumption of new raw materials and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, supporting our broader sustainability goals.

From Manufacturing to Installation We take pride in manufacturing our products in ISO Certified facilities, ensuring operational excellence, product reliability, and ecological responsibility. Our products meet EN 15330-1, which specifies requirements for synthetic turf surfaces for sports, and DIN 18035-7, which focuses on synthetic turf areas in sports grounds.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has designated SYNLawn as a Bio-Preferred provider of Certified Biobased artificial grass products and installation systems. We are proud to be the only brand with 12 USDA-certified systems.
