Bambú Eco Urbano Condominium Builds Urban Oasis for Four-Legged Residents

San José, Costa Rica — Bambú Eco Urbano Condominium is a five-building residential complex that offers a variety of community amenities that make it a desirable living location in San José. Since green spaces are limited in cities, the property management company selected SYNLawn Costa Rica to build an urban recreation oasis that would benefit its four-legged residents and their people.

Creating an Upscale Dog Park with Synthetic Surfacing

SYNLawn Costa Rica has designed other pet-friendly installations across Latin America, so they were the top choice to lead this landscaping project. The team used 2,300 square feet of SYNLawn SYNSport™ multi-use grass to build the upscale dog park on an unused area of the property. This synthetic surfacing is the ideal option for the high-traffic space since it provides superior resiliency and support.

SYNSport is not only extremely durable, but it’s also sustainable due to being made with SYNLawn’s exclusive EnviroLoc+™ backing system, which uses renewable soybeans. The complex will even save on money and reduce water usage since this faux grass doesn’t require mowing or watering to keep it looking immaculate. It has UV-stabilized yarns that will resist fading to keep it looking green year-round.

Another benefit of using artificial turf is that, unlike natural grass, residents won’t have to worry about their pups getting dirty or picking up pests like ticks and fleas. Synthetic surfacing is the cleanest and safest option for pets.
