Combining Historic Architecture with Luxury Finishes
Located in Paulus’ Hook neighborhood of Downtown Jersey City, The Gotham marries modern with historic architecture. Developers desired to create a luxury outdoor space for the high-rise building. In order to achieve their goals, the developers hired SYNLawn New Jersey to complete a luxury installation that would benefit the tenants.
SYNLawn’s USDA-Certified SYNAugustine X47 was installed on the building’s rooftop and the community leisure area. To create a luxury outdoor space, SYNPour PIP system was incorporated on the rooftop, along with a commercial-sized bocce court. The high-rise’s amenities feature a yoga and agility space, firepits, decorative lighting, and a kid-safe play structure.
