SYNLawn Bay Area worked collaboratively on the landscaping project with The Guzzardo Partnership Inc. and Green Growth Industries, Inc., to create a lavish rooftop oasis, including a lounge, a gaming area and an outdoor movie lawn for residents to enjoy.
The team from SYNLawn Bay Area installed approximately 6,300 square feet of SYNAugustine X47, the finest quality turf available on the market due to its unmatched softness and durability. It’s ideal for high-traffic communal areas to keep the turf looking green and pristine year-round, one of many reasons it is among the top-selling turf styles.
SYNAugustine X47 is an environmentally friendly choice since the landscaping product is made with SYNLawn’s exclusive plant-based EnviroLoc+™ backing system, which replaces up to 60% of the petroleum-based polyol with renewable soybeans. The property management company will also save money on water and lawn maintenance since it doesn’t require the same upkeep as regular grass.
Due to the sloped rooftops, unique engineering was required to install floating pavers and fiberglass under the synthetic grass to create a level area for drainage and allow rainwater to be reclaimed for the irrigation system.
