Glen Lake School Installs Sports Field with Prefabricated Logo
Maple City, MI — The Glen Lake School District, located in Maple City, hired SYNLawn Michigan to install a practice sports field with a prefabricated logo. The public school district is located north of Traverse City and sits along Big Glen Lake. After installing a full-sized football field at the district high school, the board voted to replicate it for their practice field. SYNLawn’s state-of-the-art technology created the customized logo in the center of the field.
Glen Lake Community School is ranked 70th in the state for academics and houses over 700 kids. Since the school is well versed in academic offerings, the district wanted to match the education with proper recreation facilities. Sports teams and gym classes use the new practice field after school and during breaks.
