California Governor Jerry Brown has called upon Californians to voluntarily reduce their water use by 20%. During the worst drought in recorded history, some California homeowners and businesses have stopped watering their lawns or taken them out altogether. How are they managing to keep their yards staying green? It’s out with the old and in with the new at one Kingsburg, CA home (Fresno County) where one resident wanted a more drought-friendly solution.
