SYNLawn's Limited Lifetime Warranty* is designed to give customers confidence in the quality and longevity of their turf investment. This industry-leading warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials such as UV degradation, fiber strength, and backing integrity for the life of the product under normal, intended use, reflecting SYNLawn's commitment to sustainable, high-performance turf solutions engineered to withstand a wide range of climates and conditions.
The warranty is subject to the conditions outlined in the "Statement of Warranty Terms and Conditions" documents, which are available for download upon registration completion. The warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or acts of nature like floods or fires. Slight fading or normal wear and tear are considered expected over time and are not covered under the warranty. Please contact your local SYNLawn dealer for more information.
