Denver, CO — Congratulations to SYNLawn Colorado, which has just accepted the 2019 ASLA Colorado Supplier of the Year award. This accolade was awarded to SYNLawn after meeting strict standards of excellence in the field of landscape architecture.

The American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) has long been dedicated to enhancing natural and urban environments to inspire the public. The Society’s mission is to “advance landscape architecture through advocacy, communication, education, and fellowship.”

SYNLawn Colorado, a provider of bio-based artificial turf, has values that naturally align with that of ASLA, such as enhancing the community with equitable products. SYNLawn has also been heavily focused on building relationships with architects and specifiers with plans to do so in the future. By providing high-quality, eco-friendly artificial grass, SYNLawn helps landscape architects plan and steward environments that are resilient, healthy, and safe.

ASLA Colorado sought a knowledgeable surfacing company. Dependability and diligence were also on the top of their list of professional qualities. SYNLawn Colorado was able to meet the rigorous demands that the Landscape Architecture community needed, which included:

  • Providing testing data in a timely manner
  • Providing installation details for all unique circumstances
  • Providing a 24-hour turnaround on all communications

Having met these standards, SYNLawn Colorado has proven themselves to be a natural partner in a fast-paced industry where high standards are the norm.

ASLA Colorado, chose SYNLawn as 2019’s Supplier of the Year for even more reasons than these. SYNLawn was also generous at two public outreach events — the Greater and Greener Conference and (Park)ing Day.

Through these major public events, ASLA educated the public about the vital field of landscape architecture. Using SYNMeadow X47 as a turf ground plane, they transformed vehicle parking stalls into parklets for people. This visible demonstration gave the public a clear idea of how landscape architecture enhances their daily life.

SYNLawn’s bio-based artificial turf has improved both public and private spaces by providing eco-friendly, low-maintenance grass which does not need to be watered, cut, or fertilized — ever.

The brand is supported by prominent figures like golf coach Dave Pelz, who uses SYNLawn turf at his own home to practice golf anytime, regardless of the weather.

SYNLawn Colorado has plans to continue its strong relationship with ASLA to create even more great environments for the public.
